Students and staff at St. Patrick Catholic School will be participating in a Terry Fox Walk on Thursday, September 27th, 2018. The rain date for this event is on Monday, October 1st, 2018. Our walk will take place around the school community between 10:45 am – 11:30 am. Thank you to our parent council for providing a healthy snack for each student after our walk.
We are proud to be associated with the Terry Fox Foundation, as Terry is an inspiration of courage and strength. We would like to help raise money for the foundation, through our participation, to help further the cause of cancer research. Students are asked to donate a “Toonie for Terry.” In doing so, students can wear a RED or WHITE shirt on Thursday, September 27th, in honor of Terry Fox.
