York Region Public Health’s Child and Youth Dental Program will be providing dental screening for children in Grades JK, SK, 2, and 7, and select other grades as requested by parent/guardian in our school on November 15, 2023. Please see the attached letter for instructions on how to request a screening or if you do NOT wish your child to be screened.

Please keep a copy of the Accessing Your Child’s Dental Screening Results by Encrypted Email Letter as a reference for when you receive your child’s school dental screening results by secure (encrypted) email.
